No pre-lightening needed.
1. Mix 1 part of FLARE Me Dark color with 1 part of Pure White 30 volume developer.
2. Apply to hair 3. Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.
4. Shampoo and condition as usual.
On relaxed hair:
1. Mix 1 part of FLARE Me Dark color with 20 volume developer.
2. Apply to hair
3. Process for 20 minutes at room temperature.
4. Shampoo and condition as usual
Not recommended for use on hair that was previously colored dark.
