    To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, with original tags intact and packaging undamaged.

    Store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date the return is received.

3. Exclusions:

    Please note that human hair extensions and human hair wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

5. Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
